About

Lucy’s passion for coaching began when she was selling coaching and leadership skills training programs in the UK and wished she were the one delivering them. She realized she had the ability to rapidly map complicated problems in her mind and that this was not something most people were able to do. As she watched how this skill has helped her clients work through challenges and achieve their goals, she knew she’d made the right career change. Lucy is now retained by major tech companies in Silicon Valley to bring out the best in their people.
Lucy is an Oxford University graduate with a Bachelors and a Masters in Experimental Psychology. She specialized in cognitive neuropharmacology and vision and brain development. She has diplomas with distinction in Personal Performance Coaching and Corporate & Executive Coaching from The Coaching Academy, U.K. She is also an accredited Mind Gym coach and has a national diploma in Fine Art from Wimbledon School of Art & Design.
Before she moved to the U.S. in 2012, Lucy had her own coaching business in the UK. She coached senior executives at Regus, leaders at Ocado, founders of London startups and has assisted companies including Manchester City Football Club to define their leadership strategy. Lucy began her coaching career as a relationship coach but it’s been her work with entrepreneurs in the U.K. that has fueled her passion for working with startups here in the U.S.
