About The Event
Equip yourself with practical management techniques in a single day of training:
98% of attendees said their confidence to manage their team had improved.
95% said they’d recommend Elevate to others.
The content is based on the most frequently discussed topics and challenges brought up in my coaching sessions from 10 years of coaching leaders in startups from the Bay Area and England. It’s also rooted in recent psychology and neuroscience research. The agenda is designed to maximize learning, aid retention and create lasting habit-based practices for the future.
During the day attendees will regularly use their own real-life challenges from work as case studies to help them think about how they can take what they've learned and use it immediately. There's time built in to tackle specific issues, ask questions and share best practices with each other.
All food, drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day so there will be ample chances to meet and network with people from other companies.
